Customized Products: Each item is manufactured to order, following the designs approved by the client. Therefore, they cannot be modified once the production process has begun.
Stock Products: Some products may be available without customization, in limited quantities.

If the client requires a physical sample of the product to be manufactured, they must cover the cost of production and shipping for said sample.
The outstanding balance, when applicable, must be paid before the final dispatch of the order.
Production times are estimated and may vary depending on the product, quantity, and time of year.

In case the product arrives damaged or incomplete, the client must notify contacto@widit.cl within the first 3 business days after receipt, attaching photos of the damage to evaluate a solution.
